Third person per group will be considered as extra person with extra bed and complimentary breakfast. Group of 4 persons will be assigned a Quad Room or Barkada Room. Any other room arrangement request will be subject to additional charges.
Cancellation Policy
- Full refund will be issued for cancellation request made at least 30 days prior to the arrival. Requests made less than 30 days prior to arrival will not be refunded but can be rebooked within 6 months.
- Unused bookings due to fortuitous events, cancellation of flights and emergency medical reasons will be eligible for rebooking within 6 months. No refunds will be issued.
- Rebooking requests made 3 days or less before the arrival will not be honored and will be charged the full stay
- No-shows will be charged the full stay. No refund and rebooking request will be honored.
- Early check-in request is subject to availability and surcharge payable directly to the hotel
- Early checkout will not be eligible for a partial refund for the unused hours/days
