Seaport Pick Up Information
• For arrival transfers, the transfer coordinator will wait for you for up to 1 hour from the docking
time. If you are late for more than 60 minutes, please email or message to check if the driver is still
available. If you arrive past the waiting time and cannot be contacted, you will be considered a “no
show.” The driver will leave and no refund will be issued.
• For passengers arriving at this terminal, please proceed outside of the arrival hall of Terminal. Our representative will be holding a signboard with your name

By Air and Sea
Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday flights from Manila to BIA – 1 hour
Take daily flights from Manila to Legazpi and Cebu to Legazpi

Full refunds will be issued for cancelations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled pickup. No
refunds will be issued for no-shows and latecomers. Re-bookings will be accepted if request is made at
least 48 hours prior to the pickup unless it is due to medical emergencies, flight cancellations, flights
rescheduling and other fortuitous events, subject to verification.

The booking may be canceled by the operator due to extreme bad weather. In case of cancellation, you
will be notified by the operator before the scheduled date. You will be given the option to book an
alternative date within 6 months after your original activity date or a full refund.
