A representative will be waiting at the Arrival Hall holding a sign with your name
The driver will wait for you up to 1 hour from the flight landing time. If you are late for more than 1 hour,
please email or message to check if the driver is still available

Seaport
A representative will be waiting at the Arrival Hall holding a sign with your name
The driver will wait for you up to 1 hour from the boat docking time. If you are late for more than 1 hour,
please email or message to check if the driver is still available.
This service is available for Virac seaport only. Pickup from San Andres port will be subject to surcharge
payable directly to the driver.

Bus Terminal Pick-Up
A representative will be waiting at the terminal holding a sign with your name

By Air and Sea
Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday flights from Manila to Virac – 1 hour
Take daily flights from Manila to Legazpi and Cebu to Legazpi then take the UV Express from Legazpi
Terminal to Tabacco Pier. Take a ferry from Tabacco Pier to San Andres or Virac 2-4 hours
Last Ferry Trip is 1PM.
By Land and Sea
Take a bus from Pasay or Cubao Terminal or by private van to Tabacco Pier– 10-12 hours
Take a ferry from Tabacco Pier to San Andres or Virac 2-4 hours
Last Ferry Trip is 1PM

Full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the activity. Re -bookings will be
accepted if request is made at least 24 hours prior to the tour unless it is due to medical emergencies,
flight cancellations, flights rescheduling and other fortuitous events, subject to verification.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows and latecomers.

Once the tour starts, no refunds will be issued due to uncontrollable situations like weather conditions,
closure of select spots, sudden cancellation and trip-cutting initiated by the client.

The activity may be canceled due to bad weather. In case of cancellation, you will be notified by the
operator before the activity date. You will be given the option to book an alternative date within 6 mont hs
after your original activity date or a full refund.
